چکیده
Muconic acid has gained interest as a bio-based platform chemical to produce value-added compounds including adipic and terephthalic acid. In this study, fermentation strategy based on in situ product recovery was established boost process performance counteract inhibition. An optimized reactive extraction mixture for muconic developed consisting of 12.5% (v/v) CYTOP 503 canola oil showing high capacity well biocompatibility. By integrating the into at shake flask level, growth titer could be increased by 44% 18%, respectively. The successfully transferred fed-batch 10 L bioreactor with final 4.33 g L−1 maximum productivity 0.053 L−1, demonstrating potential enhance challenging processes industrial biochemicals.

15 صفحه اولa frame semantic approach to the study of translating cultural scripts in salingers franny and zooey
the frame semantic theory is a nascent approach in the area of translation studies which goes beyond the linguistic barriers and helps us to incorporate cognitive and cultural factors to the study of translation. based on rojos analytical model (2002b), which centered in the frames or knowledge structures activated in the text, the present research explores the various translation problems that...
15 صفحه اولMuconic acid as a metabolic product of benzene.
JAFF, [1909] isolated muconic acid from the urine of rabbits and dogs to which benzene had been administered. The amount was approximately 03% of the benzene given, but Jaff6 considered that a larger amount was formed in the tissues, possibly as much as 25-30%, by the opening of the benzene ring, because he found that injected muconic acid was metabolized, only about 1% being recovered in the u...
